  • The Resident camper eats all meals in the dining hall and stays each night in her assigned room. Camp staff works with conference services to insure the housing roster. Roommate preferences will be accepted, not guaranteed. But we will try hard to meet requests. Due to the different residence hall configurations, there is a possibility that campers could be assigned to a single, double or triple room. Camp staff does not control the types of rooms allocated to the camp, but we will work to make the best overall lodging situation as we can.  Linens are provided in a bundle (sheets, blanket, pillow and towels) however players are certainly welcome to bring their own, or use a combination. Linen bundle is included for all residents on the housing list.

Resident campers are expected to attend each meal and each session (unless prior arrangements are made with the Camp Director.) Illness should be immediately brought to the attention of the Camp Director. Players are not to make independent decisions to stay in the dorms at any time while sessions are running. Camp Director and Athletic Trainer would approve this in very limited circumstances, but this is very rare and would only be granted with Parent Approval. Otherwise, all players attend all sessions. If players get ill at camp or experience issues, the Athletic Trainer will be made aware and players can rest in the Trainer's tent.

Players / families will be charged if a camper loses their key or meal card. Camper will be charged $3.00 for each replaced meal card. If a room key is lost or not returned at check out, the players' family will be billed $155.00 for mechanical lock change and $20.00 replacement fee for E-locks. If a camper leaves, and it is not discovered until after check out, the Camp Director will bill parents.
