  • Check in: 12pm @ ERC

  • 1st session: 1:20pm

(CHECK IN: Eleanor Roosevelt College Conference Center, adjacent to Pangea Parking structure. Players check in under their name. Receive key and proceed to THURGOOD MARSHALL Hall where camp staff will be visible and handing out numbered camp pinnies.

Sunday Aug. 7

  • Last Game: 1-3:45pm 

  • Check out: 4pm

Clean room and suite, staff signs off, return key to ERC Conference Center

SAN DIEGO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

Preferred flights

Aug 5: arrival in SAN ideally by 1030am on to allow for baggage claim, shuttle ride to campus and 12pm registration, grab food, ready for 130pm camp intro meeting; those with no other flight options until later should land no later than 1130am - if so plan to  hustle - grab food in airport and come right to campus for latest 1pm check in, to be ready for 130 camp intro meeting.

Aug 7: departure after 615 pm - this allows for checkout by 4pm, quick shower, shuttle pick up, arrival and check in at SAN 1.5 hours before flight time. choosing to arrive 1 hour before flight is popular - if traveler is comfortable with that, flight departure at 545pm could be accomplished.

POLICY

Cancellation Policy

Non-refundable deposit of $350 for any reason | after 7/20 fully non-refundable | an exception may be made for medical reasons only (a physician’s note is required, minus the non-refundable deposit.)  All cancellation/refund requests must be made in writing, by email | no partial refunds will be processed until after 8/15.

Our philosphy has been to keep camp small and offer personal attention. Should camp enrollment be under the housing requirments set by the host institution and Elite 150 , we may format lodging differently, or change the format of camp to accommodate smaller numbers, or refund the camp registration fee if camp were to be cancelled.

​

Due to advanced planning and contractural pre-arrangements necessary to run camp, our refund policy helps keep costs down and help decrease the overall expense of camp.
